Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring all requests are accurately fulfilled.
- Utilize the Aloha POS system to input orders and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials.
- Address guest concerns or inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest relations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
