What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Bartender - Los Cuates Coors position at Los Cuates New Mexican Restaurant?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
As a Bartender, you will be essential in crafting memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expert drink preparation. Your core skills in bartending, customer service, and POS operation will enable you to efficiently manage orders and handle cash transactions. With premium skills in time management and sales, you will have the opportunity to enhance guest relations and promote our beverage offerings. Your relevant experience in the food industry and banquet settings will further contribute to a vibrant bar atmosphere, making you a vital part of our team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous bar experience is a requirement, having an up to date Alcohol Serving certification & Food Handler Certification is required as well.
In addition to guest relations, you will be responsible for communicating with front and back-of-the-house team members to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. You will also maintain accountability for all aspects of the bar area including setting up and stocking product for each shift, maintaining storage areas, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all equipment, utensils and tools, implementing inventory controls, and abiding by all liquor laws and regulations
