Food Runner/Expo

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Food Runner to join our dynamic team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties:

- Assist with food and beverage delivery to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and helpful.
- Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered to the correct guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system with ease and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a high level of hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation standards.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or baskets.
