Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or peak service times.
- Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is a plus.
- Understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.31 - $17.68 per hour
