Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Greeting and assisting vistors that come into the facility
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access to information
- Printing shipping labels/ UPC's
- Assisting with new applicants and collecting documents as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support various office projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar clerical role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
