FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Welcome to Los Taxes De America & Tax Leaders Of America, LLC , we are a NATION WIDE Tax Relief Company who have helped tax payers save thousands in tax debt every year. We build life time relationships with our clients and our staff. We are in need of 1 more front desk receptionist to join our busy office.

We have two different schedules: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

1 hour lunch at 1pm pst breasks of 10 min every 2 hrs

Responsibilities but not limited to:

WE DO NOT COLD CALL!!!

WE TAKE INBOUND CALLERS FROM LIVE TV AND RADIO ADS!

  • Answering Inbound Calls from current clients
  • Transfer calls to Senior Director or Case Mangers
  • Sending Emails to clients
  • Sending faxes, receiving faxes, scanning important documents
  • Sending and receving important post mail
  • Assisting clients with forms
  • Some face to face meetings with clients or prospects
  • Maintain the office organize and manage office supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
