Job Title: Insurance Defense Litigation Associate Attorney
- 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience required in any of the following areas: trucking, auto and/or general liability
- Handle files from inception to trial
- Attend and conduct hearings and depositions
- Drafting and research
- Mediations
- Negotiations
- Trial preparation
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
