Equipment Technician / Maintenance Manager

Position Duties and Responsibilities Breakout (but not limited to)
· Perform routine, scheduled and preventative maintenance on all equipment and machine centers
· Maintain Maintenance Schedules on all equipment
· Work with contractual/outside electronic/plumbing/mechanical services to facilitate special-needs projects
· Trouble shoot equipment issues to remain ahead of the curve
Experience and Skill-Sets Required
· Electrical: three and four phase system
o Drive Motors, Conveyors and Pumps
o Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
o Relays
o Frequency Drives
o Some knowledge of Boilers
· Plumbing
· Air Compressors and Air Lines
· Chiller/ Glycol Refrigerant
· Pneumatic Valves
· Some Metal Fabrication
· Strong Mechanical Aptitude
· Strong Problem Solving Abilities and Willingness to Learn and Grow
· Self Starter with minimum supervision
Compensation, Benefits and Work Schedule
· Hour position with starting wage of $30/hour commiserate to experience and skill-set
