Director / VP of Finance, P&C Insurance - UTAH
Relocation assistance – no opportunity to work remotely, slight bonus
Base anticipated to be 180-220K, relo assistance, 12% target bonus, 75% health / dental / vision premium paid by carrier
REQUIRES AN EARLIER CAREER IN P&C STATUTORY REPORTING - to the degree new hire will have oversight of yellow book filings in this role.
REQUIRES CURRENT / RECENT P&C INSURANCE CARRIER FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE, personal lines is preferred - small to medium sized carrier
The newly created role will report to the CFO and will play a role in the strategic growth and financial management of the company. The successful candidate possesses strong strategic thinking abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the financial operations of a property and casualty insurance industry. A plus will be to have experience in personal lines and that you bring high energy, a collaborative spirit and out-of-the-box thinking.
Your background should include, and your responsibilities should include : strategic planning, FP&A, financial system and controls transformation, data analytics, risk management mitigation and financial reporting oversight.
This role will require boots on the ground near Salt Lake City, Utah with no opportunity to work remotely. There is no staff reporting to this role as it's a roll up the shirt sleeve type.
