Position Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to assist with our financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable
- Manage vendor relationships and invoice processing
- Handle cash deposits and petty cash management
- Maintain financial records and reports
- Process payroll and employee time records
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Manage membership billing and statements
- Support general accounting operations
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field
- Prior accounting/accounts payable/bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
