Lot Maven is a lean, high-performance land investment company looking for a full-time Land Acquisition Manager to fill a gap in our sales team.

We will provide the tools, systems and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at it's very best. We also do not cap income and offer the opportunity for you to achieve annual commissions in excess of $100,000.

Responsibilities
- Immediately contact and vet seller leads while quickly building rapport and trust,
- Manage lead information and sales activities in company CRM.
- Use online appraisal district maps and municipal maps to gather information on specific sites or areas.
- Information will include utilities, zoning, topography, entitlement status, and other development-related information to assess each site.
- Establish relationships based on integrity throughout the real estate community - landowners, brokers, municipal employees, engineers, developers, attorneys, land planners, and personal relationships which may lead to an opportunity.
- Contact brokers on their listings and gather pertinent information.
- 2 years of inside/outside sales experience.
- confidence in your ability to close and great at reading people.
- Has an unmatched drive that never feels satisfied.
- Technologically savvy and proficient with PC skills, including the use of the Google Earth or other web mapping platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and customer relationship management software (GoHighLevel).
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders from rural farmers to C-suite executives.
- Has strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to work through challenging problems.
