About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cocoa, FL. As an EA, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Operations to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision, and will be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with calendar management software
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange meetings and conference calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Perform general clerical duties
- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Skills:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your excellent organizational and time management skills to maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and make travel arrangements.
