Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Lotane & Associates.
As the first point of contact for clients, the Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming, professional and organized atmosphere within our firm.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our attorneys and staff with administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, positive and professional demeanor
- Answer and manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals ensuring a seamless communication flow.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a professional presentation at all times
- Manage and maintain the postage machine as well as the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Work Environment
This position is a full-time in-house position working Monday through Friday, 8a-5pm at our firm in Cocoa, FL. The work environment is fun, friendly and positive with a diverse pool of employees. This is not a remote position.
Compensation Overview
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Pay is on a bi-weekly cycle. Compensation is based on experience.
