Role Overview

Lotlinx is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven VP of Acquisition Marketing to lead and execute demand generation initiatives for our core products and spearhead the launch of LEX . This individual will be responsible for developing innovative, scalable marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads, optimize conversion rates, and accelerate customer acquisition across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B performance marketing, digital acquisition strategies, product launches, and growth marketing . They will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and play a critical role in expanding Lotlinx's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Demand Generation Strategy

  • Develop and execute data-driven acquisition marketing strategies to drive qualified lead generation for Lotlinx's core products.
  • Optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, content marketing, SEO, retargeting, and affiliate marketing .
  • Align closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and improve sales conversion rates.
  • Build a robust marketing automation and lead nurturing strategy to maximize engagement and pipeline velocity.

LEX Launch & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for LEX , driving trials, registrations, and downloads of the LEX app and plug-in.
  • Create high-impact product marketing campaigns to educate dealers and maximize adoption.
  • Leverage growth hacking techniques , referral programs, and paid media to accelerate LEX user acquisition .
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) , including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics .
  • Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Lead an ROI-driven marketing approach , ensuring acquisition strategies are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to drive cost-effective customer acquisition .
  • Implement A / B testing methodologies to improve campaign performance and messaging effectiveness.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze performance , generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the acquisition marketing team , fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
  • Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and collaborate with external agencies to expand acquisition efforts.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of experience in B2B acquisition marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing , preferably in SaaS, automotive, or technology industries.
  • Proven experience leading successful product launches and driving app adoption .
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEM, SEO, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement .
  • Hands-on experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation .
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Pay Range : $150,000 – $225,000 base salary with bonus & equity potential

    Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
