Job Description
The Specialty Business Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers / MGUs, identifying customer needs and the needs of the operational team and Fortegra. The Specialty BRM will be directly involved in onboarding the clients / MGU’s, managing the mapping and uploading of business from the BDX to Viper and on into IMS. They will handle the reconciliation, cash application and tracking of all business. The Specialty Business Relationship Manager works closely with the Specialty Operations Team, Underwriting Team and MGU.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience. Specialty product knowledge preferred.
- 7-9 years experience engaging business stakeholders regarding client initiatives.
- ITIL and / or Specialist certificate in Business Relationship Management.
