We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of the organization. Additionally, this person will collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to ensure that we are attracting and hiring the best candidates in the industry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of direct recruiting experience, corporate or agency experience.
- Insurance recruitment experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other candidate sourcing platforms.
Primary Job Functions :
Posting job openings on job boards, social media, company websites, and recruitment platforms.Ensuring job descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with the company’s hiring needs.Using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to find potential candidates for open positions.Actively searching for candidates to fill positions based on the required qualifications and skillsets.Reviewing and screening resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.Identifying suitable candidates and shortlisting them for further interviews.Conducting phone or video interviews with candidates to assess basic qualifications and determine interest in the role.Asking relevant screening questions to gather information about a candidate's skills, experience, and career goals.Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Coordinating the logistics of the interview process, including communicating with both candidates and interviewers.Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Keeping candidates informed about interview statuses, feedback, and next steps.Assisting in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs or networking events.Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including updating candidate records and maintaining databases.Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, such as preparing job offers and ensuring new employee documentation is completed.The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job. Skills & Competencies Required :
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks, interview schedules, and candidate communications efficiently.Ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and their status in recruitment processes.Strong working knowledge of talent acquisition and overall HR policies and procedures.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information :
