We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Full time & Part Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide personalized care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist clients in daily living activities, promote their independence, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Works with Lott clients in a variety of settings designed to help with the accomplishment of their Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals and outcomes.
Complies with all applicable DODD rules, regulations, laws and Lott policies.
Assists in the development of each client’s ISP by participating in client team meetings.
Maintains accurate daily acuity and attendance reporting and completes progress reports and related documentation.
Measures and inspects client’s quantity and quality of work produced, when applicable.
Works alongside and assists in the skill development of clients based upon the work being performed.
Assists each Lott client toward their applicable path to community employment.
Helps Lott clients pursue interests and goals toward full community inclusion and integration
Focuses on client engagement and progress as a measure of success.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc. in accordance with DODD Agency Provider Rules.

Must be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

General knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

Valid Driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance required; must be able to travel using personal vehicle throughout day as needed.

Ability to complete Adult First Aid / CPR training.

What We Offer :

Competitive wages : $17.00-$18.00 / hr – Offer based on experience.
