The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure they are in good working order. Qualifications:- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus
- Electrical and/or mechanical certification is a plus
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards
- Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
