Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere of Wonderyard. Foster positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a commitment to the whimsical and passionate nature of Wonderyard.

Reservation Management: Effectively manage reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and optimizing guest flow for both regular and special events.

Pillar Integration: Embody the pillars of Whimsical, Passionate, Dynamic, Groundbreaking, and Locally-Sourced in all interactions with guests.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service.

Guest Assistance: Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the enchanting experience at Wonderyard Garden Table and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a host role within the hospitality industry, preferable in a high-end or upscale setting.
