About the Role:
As a Nightlife Ambassador, you will be the face of The Wonder Club, Boutique Nightlife, ensuring that bottle service guests, including celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and other distinguished visitors in the community, receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will be responsible for managing guest relations, networking at community events, managing a weekly street team, coordinating reservations, handling special requests, and ensuring bottle service guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their time at the bar. Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere of Wonderyard. Provide exceptional service to all guests and create a memorable, personalized experience for bottle service guests on a weekly basis.

Reservation Management: Effectively manage VIP reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements to accommodate seating/area requests.

Pillar Integration: Embody dynamic interactions with all guests.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating,service and follow up.

Guest Assistance: Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the night life experience at Wonderyard Garden Table and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a host role within the hospitality industry, preferable in a high-end or upscale setting.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on conveying the night life offerings at Wonderyard.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
