Director of Education and Staff Development / Infection Preventionist
Job Type : Full-time, in-person position, Day Shift : Monday - Friday
Collaborating with a Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation facility in Orlando Fl that is seeking a Director of Education and Staff Development / Infection Preventionist.
SDC / IFC Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for Infection Control throughout the facility.
Provision of educational and development training services to enhance specialized patient care within established clinical protocols.
Collaboration with patient care staff and unit management in the planning, implementation, and delivery of educational curricula.
Initiation of clinical skills development programs within the parameters of established clinical and preceptorship models.
