Job Duties :
dministers large deployments of Exchange environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync (handheld devices), Active Directory, IIS, Spam / Anti-virus filtering, and Clustering.Configuration, support, and administration of Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / 2019, Active Directory, Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 and etc...., Datacenter, SQL 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 etc..., Veeam Backup, and Microsoft SharePoint technologies.
nalyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools.
Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange 2003 / 2010 / 2016 / 2019 / SaaS.
Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange from On-Prem 2016 to Cloud SaaS.
Monitor Microsoft SCOM alerts to proactively respond, analyze, and troubleshoot to avoid potential incidents that may cause system / network back logs.
Monitor and track incidents in the Altiris Ticketing System in support of the incident and problem management process.
Monitor Microsoft server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, perform, and monitor system backups, and perform cluster failovers.
Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status / findings in daily operations log.
Create user accounts and mailboxes.
Perform mailbox moves and restores.
Strong communication and reporting skills both written and verbal.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, facilitation, planning, prioritization, and collaborative skills.
Must have the ability to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.

Develop, modify, and maintain applications on Power Platform : Power Apps, PowerAutomate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI as well as Ai and other up and coming technologies. Play a key role in developing Office Automation Processes within the Microsoft 365 environment, designed to streamline the work process for a variety of business needs.
Shares with the business opportunities to create efficiencies within the organization using Microsoft Tools.
Develops and supports SharePoint solutions for the business including Communications Teams.
Develops solution documentation, flowcharts, layouts, design, diagrams, code for production items.
Develop tools and document procedures required to manage and maintain the proposed design.
Work independently on complex, non-routine tasks - under limited supervision.
Interact directly with end users and / or technical POCs to resolve issues.
Interacts directly with other members of any Communities designed to support users in their use of Microsoft technologies.
