Your Job Purpose:

As a Recruiter working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our team in our Corporate Office. This job is based in Medford, Massachusetts.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us identify, attract and hire the best talent for our organization. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with the Hiring Managers to define role requirements, source, screen, and interview candidates and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for maintaining recruitment systems, preparing job descriptions and managing roles in our applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of recruitment experience or be a recent college graduate who is looking for a career in recruitment.

Your Job Description:

• Work with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and identify recruitment channels.
• Source and pipeline talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
• Maintain recruitment systems on a daily basis to ensure information is up-to-date.
• Prepare, post and manage roles in our applicant tracking system.
• Develop a pipeline of talent across the business to support future growth and bring a more strategic focus to recruitment.

Job Requirements:

• 1 years of recruitment experience or a recent college graduate who is looking for a career in recruitment.
• Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $59,600 - $75,500
