Automotive Service Department Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Scan documents
- Assist with Rental Car administration
- Assist with daily cash and credit card reconciliation
- Assist with payroll as needed
- Assist with operational spread sheet maintenance
- Complete miscellaneous service and parts department tasks as needed
- Support service management
- Customer Service Ambassador
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Drama free and work well with others
- Dependable and Reliable
- Self Motivated
- Infectious smile, pleasant demeanor, and effective communicator
