POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our team and provide financial insight and guidance that drives performance across the business. This role is pivotal in connecting finance with operations, delivering data-driven insights and partnering with leaders across departments to support decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Objectives of this role
Act as a strategic advisor and financial liaison between finance and business units.- Deliver financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Help leaders across the organization understand financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning with high-quality analysis.
- Provide clear, actionable insights that translate data into business decisions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with key business units to track performance against budgets and forecasts.- Analyze trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
- Assist with developing business cases for new projects, partnerships, and investments.
- Identify risks and opportunities through financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Work with accounting and FP&A teams to ensure alignment in reporting and planning.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Certification/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in a finance business partner, financial analyst, or related role.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders with data and insight.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
