Used Car Manager

Looking for a career in a new industry? Loudon Motors Ford is looking for a Used Car Manager/Closing Manager to add to our growing team.

Automotive industry experience not required. Our team brings experience from all kinds of industries, from phone sale to furniture sales. We are hoping to find someone who is eager to apply their existing knowledge to the ever-changing automotive landscape and help close deals. Qualified applicants should have some prior management in their background. We'll train you on the rest!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pre-owned sales department
• Engage with customers to aid the sales team in closing deals
• Use customer and market analysis data to make informed decisions
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Work effectively with the BDC, finance, service, and marketing departments
• Be ethical and transparent in leading all operations
• Help manage productivity of sales department
• Work with multiple different outlets to source quality pre-owned vehicles for our inventory
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior sales management experience
• Car dealership experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to use customer and market data to make decisions
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills A love for cars doesn't hurt!
