Customer Service Representative (002)

Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Virginia, is seeking a customer service representative to assist at our Purcellville call center.

General Phone Team Representative/Medical Billing responsibilities include:

• Handle all incoming customer service calls and identify needs and issues.
• Address customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Acting as a liaison between patients and medical offices in resolving issues with billing.
• Arrange/Maintain payment plans, process payments, and send follow-up correspondence.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a physician's office or other similar setting preferred.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to work independently and on a team.
• Must have problem solving skills.
• EMR experience preferred (Pulse and/or ECW).
• Professional demeanor.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) not required but a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
