Job Title: CAM Café Kitchen Supervisor
Department: CAM Café Kitchen
Employment Status: Part-time/ 30 hours a week/ $18 to $20 an hour

CAM Cafe, in the heart of the Cameron Art Museum, is committed to serving fresh, locally sourced cuisine made with high-quality ingredients in an artful way and complements the work of the Cameron Art Museum through food, programs, and general atmosphere.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen staff; oversee kitchen operations when Executive Chef is out.
- Line cook’s duties; process orders for guests in a timely manner.
- A willingness to work hard, pinch in if called upon to wash dishes, chop onions or prepare sauces, and overall be a cheerful, contributing team player.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary working environment always, by observing kitchen rules and chef’s requirements.
- Have knowledge of county and state codes for cleanness and stay in compliance; Understands food borne illnesses and how to handle food safety.
- Ensure that all cooking, prepping, and food handling areas and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of every workday.
- Maintain a current ServSafe certification.
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate lunch hours as well as rental and private event shifts on a case-by-case basis.
