Essential Skills:
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Strong written/oral communication skills with diverse populations including families, public, peers, and staff.
- Effectively utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to complete daily task and mandatory reports.
- Accepting incoming calls and/or faxes, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing files
- Previous Administrative/Office Assistant Experience in the Medical setting is recommended, but not required
Qualifications needed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license in good standing
