Minimum Qualifications
- Master's in Culinary Arts OR Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts with three (3) years of experience OR Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts with five (5) years of experience.
- Certifications through National Restaurant Association (ServSafe Manager, Nutrition, Hospitality, Customer Service) preferred but not required.
- Experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: sanitation, nutrition, food preparation, hospitality, menu planning, purchasing, customer service, supervisory and management, etc.
- Instruct student in culinary arts classes (online and/or in-person).
- Complete and turn in required end-of-course documents, to include evaluations.
- Submit Shows/No Shows on time.
- Respond to BPCC staff, faculty, and students in a timely manner.
- Grade assignments in a timely manner.
- Fully utilize Canvas LMS to include all course materials for students to access.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Salary : $750 - $2,250
