Articulation and Outreach Coordinator
The Articulation and Outreach Coordinator assists the Director of Program Research & Analytics in establishing and maintaining relationships with community colleges, workforce boards, and other appropriate agencies to identify target learner populations relevant for the proposed and existing programs in the LSU OCE online portfolio. This position aids in assessing workforce trends in order to identify potential articulation opportunities and cultivate collaborative academic alliances across multiple campuses. This includes assistance in establishing agreements among institutions and assistance in securing grants, if available, to provide additional support for these collaborations. The position is also responsible for maintaining documentation for all active articulation agreements and assists in preparing reports to stakeholders on key metrics and outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as inter-institutional coordinator for multi-campus collaborative programs; assist in analyzing workforce trends and labor market data to identify potential articulation opportunities to establish and nurture relationships with community colleges, workforce boards, and other appropriate agencies to identify target learner populations relevant for the proposed program(s); in collaboration with the relevant campus’ chief academic officers and their academic programs, coordinate the creation and implementation of articulation agreements and transfer pathways with partner institutions, ensuring all appropriate documentation and approvals are in place. 20%
Provide assistance to Director of Program Research & Analytics to develop and implement strategies to support the agreements, in collaboration with campus chief academic officers and academic programs, so that the partner institutions become talent pipelines from relevant organizations into proposed and current online degree programs; assist in collaborating with academic departments to align curriculum and create crosswalks in order to facilitate seamless transition opportunities; attend networking events to maintain relationships with institutions and relevant agencies about online educational opportunities. 20%
Help to identify and evaluate grant opportunities appropriate for LSU Online degree programs system-wide & work with grant personnel; coordinate LSU Online grant activities focused on funding initiatives for program offerings to meet labor force needs, inclusive of individual for-credit courses and degree pathways; document and monitor grant application deadlines and requirements, specific to online degree programs. 15%
Coordinate the creation and maintenance of a partnership database and tracking system for all active articulation agreements; review agreements on a periodic basis to maintain currency and relevance; assist the Director of Program Research & Analytics in creation of reports and presentations on key metrics and outcomes and coordinate reporting on active pathways (internally and externally) on a regular cadence as determined by the Director, Program Management & Strategy. 15%
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for grant applications; track and report on grant performance metrics, specific to online degree programs. 15%
Remain current with trends in higher education and in the workforce. 10%

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, or a related field
