Requirements
Education
· Preferred – High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
· Preferred – Previous office work
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA’s)
· HIPAA Compliance
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Good judgment skills
· Ability to read and write to communicate and give verbal instructions to patients
Job Duties
· Greet patients / visitors in a professional and courteous manner
· Direct patients / visitors to the appropriate department and accurately answer patient’s questions
· Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner
· Sort incoming mail
