POSITION: Game Night Retail Associate
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt (part-time)
Start Date: March 2025 (flexible based on availability)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the organization at approximately 65 to 75 Bats home games throughout the season
- Deliver an excellent gameday experience to our fans
- Use customer service skills, sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with their right product and drive sales
- Develop strong relationships with our Fans and Team Members
- Assist with Restocking Merchandise from stock areas to the sales floor
- Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations
- Operate Cash Register, Perform Shipping and Receiving Duties, Stock the Floor, perform cleaning duties and build visual displays when needed
- Due to the schedule of mostly night games, this position is ideal for someone also attending school or work an additional job during the season
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff members, season ticket holders, group members, and other fans while maintaining a positive attitude
COMPENSATION OPTIONS
- Compensation will be paid in accordance with Kentucky State hourly minimum wage guidelines
