Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional soccer clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021, bringing top-tier professional sports back to Kentucky for the first time in nearly 50 years.
Position Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for maximizing revenue and driving sustained growth for all Soccer Holdings, LLC entities, including Louisville City FC, Racing Louisville FC, Lynn Family Stadium, and Youth Academy. This position will report to the Club President and oversee partnerships, ticket sales, and merchandise to create innovative revenue streams while ensuring a strong brand presence and fan engagement.
The ideal candidate for this position should have an entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a results-driven approach.
Due to the nature of the industry, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays during Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games and special events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sponsorship deals to expand revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, ensuring long-term value for both parties.
- Negotiate and secure sponsorship agreements that align with the team’s brand and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sponsorship activations.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with sponsors, advertisers, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and oversee contract terms with partners.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Ticket Sales on implementing innovative ticketing strategies to optimize attendance and revenue.
- Oversee pricing models, promotions, and fan experience initiatives.
- Work with marketing to drive digital campaigns, CRM strategies, and fan engagement programs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sports revenue management3
- Build, oversee, and manage multi-department budgets and expenditures.
- Other duties & projects as assigned.
- Ten (10) years of experience in revenue leadership, preferably in sports, entertainment, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of driving sponsorships, ticket sales, and retail revenue.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience overseeing financial reports and budgets
- Experience leading sales and partnership teams to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and fan engagement strategies.
- Deep understanding of the sports business landscape, fan behavior, and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and requests.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check is required.
