Admissions Move-In Coordinator
The Carmelite Sisters came to the Palm Beaches in 1960. Later named the Lourdes-Noreen McKeen Residence, the facility was the first of its kind in the area to provide nursing, long-term and seasonal housing for the elderly, all with the signature type of care that distinguished the order's approach from others.
We are looking for an Admissions Move-In Coordinator for our Independent/Assisted Living Unit.
- $18 to $21 per hour based on skills and experience.
Move-In Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality or similar industry where strong customer service skills are required.
Move-In Coordinator Job Summary:
- Manage the move-in process for new residents as well as residents transferring within the community.
- Manage resident and family communication and coordination of arrival/removal of furniture and personal items.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in giving tours, cultivating leads, and taking deposits.
- Assist with sales and marketing: manage the inquiry process, connecting the caller or visitor to the appropriate team. member, respond to inquires or tours when appropriate team members are not available, facilitate tours as needed.
- Assist in promoting and encourage residents to participate in facility sponsored activities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, as needed.
- Must be able to have a flexible work schedule which includes weekends.
