- Answers a multi-line phone and directs calls.
- Assists with routine aspects of transactional processes.
- May prepare various documents consistent with the style of the firm.
- Format and edit letters, reports, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate and make arrangements for conferences, meetings, and events.
- Receives, sorts and delivers mail to employees and managers.
- Inputs and maintains data on various Company and/or Microsoft software.
- Works safely and abides by the firm’s policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma required. Some college level course work preferred.
- Working knowledge of office practices and procedures and the operation of standard office equipment.
- 1 – 3 years' related experience in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in inventorying and supply requisition.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.
