- Assist in developing and maintaining EHS training programs.
- Assist Corporate H&S Manager with maintaining safety and training records of field staff.
- Co-lead Corporate Safety Committee.
- Support daily H&S activities (i.e., audits, incident investigations, corrective action follow-up etc.) in various industries and environments.
- Assist Project Managers and supervisors with work planning and development of job hazard analysis and safe work procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Occupational Health and Safety or Industrial Engineering, or closely related degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and computer skills are mandatory.
- Excellent, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Possesses knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety-related procedures.
- Must be a team player and possess a collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
- Be self-motivated.
- Prior internship and/or related engineering experience are a plus.
