- Room for Growth: This position starts at 3 days per week (24-28 hours), including 1-2 weekdays and weekends. After your 120-day initiation period, there is potential for growth in both hours and position. The first 4-6 weeks will be a training period before assigning you your own appointments.
Job Requirements:
- Weekend Availability: This role requires weekend work, as weekends are our busiest times. We need energetic, self-motivated team members who are ready to create memorable experiences for brides and their families.
- Passion for Bridal Styling: We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping brides find their dream wedding dress and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Flexible and Adaptable: While we encourage a creative approach, the ability to adapt to the needs of our brides and our team is key.
- Energetic & Self-Motivated: You must have the drive to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment while staying positive.
Compensation
- Upon Hiring $19/hour for training (4-6 weeks, depending on how quickly you learn)
- $19-$24/hour depending on reputable sales experience
- On top of hourly, we offer a monthly competitive tiered uncapped commission structure with no limitations on how much you can earn. With this structure, part-time bridal stylists have the ability to earn anywhere from $30.37/hr – $62.50/hr.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Part time bridal stylist position will be 24 hours weekly with the ability to earn more hours
- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Sales experience is not required, but highly desirable.
- Proficient in understanding technology and softwares such as CRM tools, google drive, zoom, POS systems, social media. We will train on our specific programs.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds (boxes, wedding dresses, mannequins, etc).
- Strong English communication skills in reading, writing and speaking.
- Being bilingual/multilingual is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of and proficient use in Google Drive, Apple products, macOS systems, Canva & Pinterest
- Demonstrated success in achieving monthly goals.
- Experience in the bridal, fashion, or wedding industry is a plus.
