As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll support our guests from inquiry to arrival to checkout—handling bookings, questions, and the occasional curveball. While much of your day may follow predictable patterns, no two guest experiences are ever exactly the same—and that’s what makes this work both rewarding and dynamic.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Monitor and follow up on upcoming reservations
- Address and resolve guest concerns professionally, often coordinating with internal departments
- Accurately communicate details about over 100 unique properties, using internal systems
- Enforce guest and internal policies firmly and tactfully
- Maintain accurate, appealing property listings across booking platforms
- Occasionally take on special projects such as website updates, developing guest-facing documents/signage etc.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Customer service mindset – with professionalism, empathy, and patience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong organizational skills – able to track details across many properties and guests
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using multiple connected systems to research and resolve issues
- Team-oriented – collaborative and proactive in solving guest or operational issues
- Comfort with autonomy – able to work productively during downtime without micromanagement
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable of learning and retaining extensive property information
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or vacation rentals
- Familiarity with property management systems or reservation platforms
- Skills in document creation or guest communications (e.g., Canva, Google Docs)
- Familiarity with Leavenworth or the surrounding area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
