Reconciliation Coordinator

   BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Credit Card Reconciliation Coordinator is to reconcile Credit card transactions ensuring payments, recoveries, and adjustments are made resolved timely and accurately. This position will also be responsible for ensuring payment processing is correctly setup for new locations or new proof of concepts and that underlying data is available for reconciliation and tracking. The position will also serve as backup for Chargeback resolutions as needed.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile Credit card transactions using ReconNet software and or other Reconciliations. This includes analyzing and timely coding outstanding items according to procedures.
• Ensure items are coded for collections
• Ensure items are coded for missing sales
• Ensure any anomalies identified are escalated as needed
• Sation ID setups
• Request setups as needed for Credit Cards and Fleet Cards as needed
• Recoveries and Reversals
• Credit Card Chargebacks and Ticket Retrievals
• Ensure timely responses to all Credit Card Chargebacks and Ticket Retrievals
• Ensure any anomalies are identified and escalated as needed
• Other items assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in accounting is preferred
• 1-3 years experience in reconciliations preferred
• 1-3 years customer service experience is preferred

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI is preferred
• High level of direct customer contact requiring excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
