Night and Weekend Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality management, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations during the night shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the day management team to ensure seamless communication regarding operational needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a quick service fast food restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences for guests.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service best practices.
• Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A background in bartending or hospitality management is a plus.
