We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team of wellness professionals working together to build a community where people feel comfortable and empowered to jump start and maintain their journey to better health and wellness.

Duties
- Reach out to people who have requested an appointment with you for a quick consultation, prior to receiving a treatment.
- Conduct quick phone consultations to qualify patients for the service they have requested.
- Reach out to leads who expressed interest, but haven't yet booked a phone consultation.
- Once the person is contacted and qualified, book the appointment on the schedule and collect a deposit. When possible, sell a package online and collect payment.
- Once the appointment is booked, confirm appointment and spa policies so the client understands what to expect during their first visit.
- Maintain accurate notes and records.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain the CRM and move leads successfully through the funnel from an inquiry to a closed sale, and everything in between.
Qualifications
- 2 year of continuous employment in a Med Spa or Medical Office environment as a Front Desk Receptionist, Appointment Setter or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and communicate protocols, procedures, and other information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems such as Zenoti, and a CRM such as Go High Level.
Skills
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Office skills: Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Front desk skills: Ability to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, call patients due and provide excellent customer service.
- Medical office protocols: Knowledge of medical office procedures, including patient scheduling, medical records management and HIPAA.
Knowledge
You will be booking appointments for body sculpting, cosmetic injections (Botox, Filler, etc.), microneedling, skin care, medical weight loss and hormone therapy. You should have a good knowledge and understanding of these services and be able to explain the benefits.
