Your Role as Team Lead:
* Lead & Supervise Production – Manage a team of 3-4 workers handling weighing, blending, fermenting, decanting, dishwashing, and packaging.
* Ensure Production Efficiency – Oversee daily operations of non-dairy yogurt fermentation and packaging machinery.
* Maintain Quality Standards – Ensure organic, plant-based yogurt meets taste, texture, and packaging expectations.
* Uphold Food Safety & Compliance – Follow HACCP, GMP, and OSHA food safety guidelines.
* Train & Develop Staff – Coach and guide production team members to maintain high-quality standards.
* Troubleshoot & Optimize – Identify and solve machine issues or workflow bottlenecks.
* Monitor Inventory – Assist in tracking ingredients and finished products to maintain smooth production flow.
* Foster a Positive Team Culture – Promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in food production – Preferably in plant-based, organic, or non-dairy food manufacturing.
✔ Knowledge of food safety regulations – HACCP, GMP, and OSHA compliance experience.
✔ Leadership skills – Hands-on ability to motivate and manage a small team.
✔ Problem-solving mindset – Ability to troubleshoot production challenges.
✔ Strong attention to detail – Ensure consistent high-quality yogurt production.
✔ Dependability – Commitment to maintaining production schedules and safety standards.
Job Details:
* Location: Ogden, UT 84404 (On-site, commute required)
* Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (Day & Evening Shifts Available)
