Responsibilities
A Desktop Services Technician II provides support and quality service to X staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of progressive experience in a desktop support role
- Familiar with MS applications
- Performs other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Experience in a Healthcare environment a plus
- Experience with Microsoft's SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus
- Experience with VDI’s a plus
- Certifications (A , MCP) a plus
- Basic support of application and database servers a plus
