- Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Responsibilities
- The Facility Risk Management is responsible for the execution of the Ardent Risk Management Program across their facilities, Lovelace Women's Hospital and Lovelace Westside Hospital.
- This position develops and supports facility level risk management activities and programs.
- This position will manage the Risk Management needs across the facility, including risk management policy and procedure implementation, risk identification and mitigation, provide risk management related education, support and event investigations.
- This position will also support patient safety and quality activities as needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- BSN is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare risk management experience.
- Travel is required
- Experience prioritizing, conducting, and documenting investigations is required.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- BS/BA preferred in a related field or relevant experience is desired.
