As the Vendor Relations Manager with LovelyGroup, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our relationships with our extensive network of 250 brands that are carried on LovelySkin.com! The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, a strategic thinker, and highly organized to ensure smooth and efficient partnerships with our brand partners. We're looking for a positive, organized, and detail-oriented Vendor Relations Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of vendor relations across multiple channels! What you’ll enjoy doing everyday: Managing and building strong relationships with existing vendors. Assist in the onboarding of new brands and products and assisting in contract negotiations while also ensuring that processes are smooth and efficient while working closely with internal teams. Partner with the marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute joint promotional efforts along with new brand and product launches. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving any conflicts or concerns raised by brands, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for growing brand presence and sales on the website, ensuring alignment with LovelySkin’s overall business objectives. Assist in providing (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) with ongoing education about the brands, their products, and their value propositions, ensuring the team is equipped to communicate effectively with customers Staying up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new vendors and product opportunities Assisting in analyzing vendor performance data to make informed decisions and drive business results This position may also require attendance for after standard work hours including meetings, events, and hosting site visits. What you bring to the table: Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor or brand management, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or e-commerce industries. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors. Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with an eye for detail. Experience managing multiple vendor relationships and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to understand and meet vendor needs and requirements. A bachelor's degree in business, management, procurement, or a related field is beneficial for the role.
