Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate facility maintenance, ensure proper food safety procedures, and maintain cleanliness.
• Analyze sales data, optimize inventory management, and prepare high-quality products.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to execute daily tasks, manage schedules, and achieve financial targets.
• Prepare and package customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management, with expertise in operations and finance.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train employees, with intermediate computer skills.
• A valid driver's license and pass background checks.
