Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and sales.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and financials.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
