ZIP ZONE EXPRESS ASST STORE MANAGER RESPONCIBILIES
The assistant store manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the store including training and supervising employees as well as working with the store manager on merchandising, ordering and checking in vendors.
List of Responsibilities
· Resolve customer complaints in a timely manager. Ensure all issues are addressed and a game-plan is developed to reduce issues in the future.
· Implement and enforce daily operation procedures to ensure store is cleaned, well stocked, organized and merchandised to company standards.
· Ensure all merchandise is stocked, well merchandised, priced correctly and displayed in a safe manner.
· Maintain proper brand image standard as communicated via company handbook.
· Work with store manager on supervising all employees according to company policy.
· Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.
· Have the physical abilities to perform all duties of a cashier regularly.
· Understand all information in the daily reporting of store operations.
· Follow and enforce all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store operations guidelines.
· Implement monthly promotions, ensure all POS/pricing is correct and in place in a timely manner.
· Perform price change request.
· Communicate effectively with store manager on issues at store level as it relates to employees, store performance, operational issues or any issue that could hamper the daily operation.
