Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Cashier Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues to meet business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, and gas/diesel pumps.
- Balance cash register duties, complete customer transactions, and offer additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
- Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements:
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
